This clock is made from solid tiger maple and with cherry top and bttm and cherry accents.The top comes off to reveal a secret stash for valuable and to access battery. Battery operated quartz clock insert is removable for easy access to set time and change battery. Handcrafted in my woodshop in St. Peters, Mo. USA.
